Originally designed this cup, so that the top and center of the model, show a pattern miura, with triangular sinkings. But you can not maintain the curved shape of the cup,

This pattern is suitable for models, which when folded shows a hyperbolic paraboloid cylinder , and not to the cylinders with a defined shape

So I chose to use a standard miura pattern on top.

and a pattern Miura, interspersed with rectangular depressions in the central part.

At the bottom I used a simple pattern Waterbomb Polyhedral Surface With regular squares

Resulting Final Model

This cup model handles three basic patterns of corrugations or volumetric tessellations.

Originalmente diseñe esta copa, para que la parte superior  y central del modelo mostraran un patrón miura, con hundimientos triangulares. Pero no se puede mantener la forma curva de la copa,  

Este patrón es adecuado para modelos, que al plegarse muestren un cilindro paraboloide hiperbólico, y no para los cilindros con una forma definida.

Así que opte por usar un patrón miura normal en la parte superior.

 y un patrón miura con hundimientos rectangulares intercalados en la parte central.

En la parte inferior utilicé un patrón simple de Waterbomb De Superficie Poliédrica Con Cuadrados Regulares

Modelo Final Resultante

Este modelo de copa maneja tres patrones básicos de corrugaciones o teselados volumétricas.
